- Products must be returned with the original box, tags, and packaging intact.

- Shoes that show signs of use, damage, or alteration.
- Products returned after 7 days from the delivery date.
- Items bought during sale or clearance offers, unless received defective.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are permitted for size or color, subject to availability.
- If the requested variant is unavailable, customers may choose an alternative product or receive a store credit.
