  • Shoes must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • Products must be returned with the original box, tags, and packaging intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Shoes that show signs of use, damage, or alteration.
  • Products returned after 7 days from the delivery date.
  • Items bought during sale or clearance offers, unless received defective.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are permitted for size or color, subject to availability.
  • If the requested variant is unavailable, customers may choose an alternative product or receive a store credit.

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
  2. Our support team will assist you with the next steps.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the product, your return or exchange will be processed.

Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Defective or Incorrect Products
